No, since you still have to consider the multishot in the additive equation. 

Before the Sobek with Shattering Justice had 20.2% Status / Projectile (16.2% + (20% / 5 (Base Multishot))
After the Sobek with Shattering Justice will have 30.8% Status / Projectile.

No, to level your Kuva weapons to level 40 you will need to apply up to 5 forma to the weapon (2 extra ranks per forma).

Valence Fusion is to increase the weapons elemental bonus damage or changing its element.

Hey Tenno! A bug introduced in the last HF that would show various resource items as "1" in your mission rewards has been fixed.

• it was a display bug only (you still got your 6000 Kuva)
• the fix has been done server-side so there's no need for another HF

I checked a couple of accounts and this issue seems to be visual only. 

Hello Cortanis! It looks like your 28% radiation damage Kuva Bramma had the Orokin Catalyst and the 5 Forma installed, and you fused it into the 52% heat damage Kuva Bramma.

The confirmation UI stated that your upgraded weapon would have radiation damage and you would lose your 5 forma in the process.

If you had merged the 52% heat damage Kuva Bramma into your 28% radiation damage Kuva Bramma, you would have kept you...
